There isn't any words that I could possibly use to describe the warmth and respect that I feel from the staff at Miami Shores Modern Dentistry. Dr. Benkandil is truly an excellent astute doctor!! I am always greeted with a smile from Christine, Ashley, Alexis, and the other staff members!! Although I had two extractions today (i.e., a cracked moler & a wisdom tooth), Dr. Benkandil and her assistant Money, walked me through the procedures, process, and encouraged me through the painful moments. They were extremely patient, kind, and allowed me to decompress when I felt that I couldn't make it through the procedures!! Dr. Benkandil, Money, and the rest of the team turned this awful day to a great day towards recovery!!

My first time here was great. My dental assistant Guerline she was fantastic, she assisted me well with all my needs. I enjoyed my visit.

It was my first time being seen at the clinic, and I was very pleased with the cleanliness, modernity, and functionality of the facility. The waiting time was reasonable, and the staff was very courteous and professional. I was greeted by Kristina, one of the receptionists, to get checked in. I loved her energy; she made me feel truly welcomed. Later on, she even came to my room to explain my share of the costs before I proceeded with the dental work. Hailey, the X-ray tech, was super gentle when placing the small sensors in my mouth to capture the images. Dr. Bagri, the dentist, made me feel at ease during the initial discussion and consultation, especially when she had to inject the local anesthesia. She was quick and precise. Guerline, the dental assistant, checked to see if I needed a blanket to keep warm and did a great job taking my physical dental impressions. David, the dental hygienist, was very passionate about his work. He was funny and such a gentleman for helping me carry my belongings. My only recommendation for him is to be more aware of the cleaning steps. After he applied the gritty toothpaste to polish my teeth, he didn't use the spinning toothbrush. I left with a grainy feeling on my teeth instead of that smooth, fresh feeling you expect when running your tongue over your clean teeth. Overall, a great team and a beautiful facility!
